Cabins in Missouri Ozarks - Hideaway House

The Hideaway House consists of 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed in each, and 1 large bedroom with 2 double beds, a large living room, with 2 hide-a-bed couches, a full kitchen, and two bathrooms (one with a shower and bathtub, and one with a shower). There is a maximum occupancy of 12 people. The Hideaway House is furnished with central heat and air, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and a BBQ grill.

Fri & Sat nights	$249.00 per night with 6 people- $265.15 w/tax
Weekdays (Sunday thru Thurs)	$219.00 per night with 6 people- $233.18 w/tax
Off-Season Rates (Jan-April/Oct-Dec)	$199.00 per night- $211.89 w/tax
Additional person (over 8 yrs.)	$15.00 per night - $15.97 w/tax
Children 7 & under are free
Security Deposit	$100.00 per unit*

Check-In Information
Check-in Time – 3:00 thru 8:00 p.m.
Check-out Time – 11:00a.m.
~Late arrivals must be confirmed with the office in advance!!
~An early check-in fee of $25.00 p/unit if the unit is available.

*A 2 night minimum on weekends and 3 night minimum on holiday weekends. Sunday nights on holiday weekends are Saturday night’s rates!

*A credit card security deposit will be taken at registration for all lodging. A copy of your driver’s license will also be required upon check-in for all lodging. Someone in the group must be 21 years of age to rent lodging.

*A 50% deposit is required on all lodging. The balance on the cabin is due 30 days prior to arrival, plus a list of everyone staying in the unit.
