The A-Frame consists of 3 bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen, and 2 full bathrooms. The house overlooks the Courtois River. Maximum occupancy is 12 people. The A-Frame is furnished with A/C, heat, microwave, stove, refrigerator, and coffee pot. Customers provide their own linens, pillows, towels, and utensils. A 2-night minimum on weekends and a 3-night minimum on holiday weekends are required for advance reservations.

Fri & Sat nights	$249.00 per night with 6 people - $265.12 w/tax
Weekdays(Sunday thru Thurs)	$219.00 per night with 6 people - $233.18 w/tax
Off-Season Rates(Jan-April/Oct-Dec)	$199.00 per night- $211.89 w/tax
Additional person (over 7 yrs.)	$15.00 per night - $15.97 w/tax
Children 7 and under	FREE!
Security Deposit Required	$100 per unit*

*A credit card security will be taken at registration for all lodging. A copy of your driver’s license will also be required upon check-in for all lodging. Someone in the group must be 21 years of age to rent lodging.

*A 50% deposit is required on all lodging. The balance on the cabin is due 30 days prior to arrival, plus a list of everyone staying the unit.
